I wanted to visit Minh Tinh Pagoda during my stay in Quy Nhon, so I chose 5 Elements Hotel for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's ability to arrange a shuttle service, which made getting around the city much easier. They also provided great recommendations for both traditional and western food options, with a wide choice of nice cafes and restaurants nearby.
Sleeper bus drop-off location.

The hotel is conveniently located a few blocks away from the beach front, with plenty of street food options and restaurants nearby. the rooms are spotlessly clean and fully equipped with modern amenities. the bathroom is spacious and clean. the staff, including the owners, are friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and travel tips. the hostel also offers a rooftop terrace and a cozy cafe-style lobby for relaxation.
The hotel does not provide complimentary water bottles, which contributes to plastic waste.

I always return to this hotel. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, AC, laundry, a bar, and more. The staff is great; they even helped me return my forgotten shower bag. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

The rooms at 5 Elements Hotel were amazing! They had air conditioning and a private bathroom. Plus, some even had a balcony with a city view. The bed was cozy and the linen and towels provided were clean and fresh. It felt like a home away from home!
Personally, I found the air conditioning in the room a bit too cold at times. But hey, I know some people love that!

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is perfect, close to great restaurants and the beach. The rooms are super clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The price is jaw-droppingly cheap compared to other hotels. The owners are the best hosts ever, helping us with taxi services and even when we weren't staying with them. And their Mexican restaurant is so authentic with delicious food. It's a 2 or 3 star hotel disguised as a hostel, with modern facilities, a lift, and an off-site car park. They have a cozy coffee shop and a bar/lounge area with ridiculously cheap prices. The flat-screen TV and air conditioning in the rooms make it even better. The owners are incredibly friendly, helpful, and speak fluent English. The hotel has a 24-hour reception and security, and they offer luggage storage. Oh, and don't forget, it's an adults-only place with no pets allowed. This place is a total winner, I highly recommend it to everyone!

The room at 5 Elements Hotel in Quy Nhon was a breath of fresh air! The air-conditioned rooms with a balcony and comfy seating area made me feel right at home. I loved having my own private bathroom and the city view from the selected rooms was stunning. The bed linen and towels provided were clean and cozy. as a relaxed and easygoing guest, this room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Honestly, the only thing I wasn't too thrilled about was the view from my room. It's just my personal preference, but I would have preferred a different scenery.

Friendly staff who speak English and Vietnamese at the 24-hour front desk. They made me feel welcome and were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests. The location of the hotel is ideal, tucked away on a quiet street but still close to a wide choice of nice cafes, restaurants, and bars. Everything I needed was within easy reach. The rooms are well-equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and comfortable beds. I particularly enjoyed the balcony with a seating area, where I could relax and enjoy the view. The hotel offers a bar, a shared lounge, and a terrace, providing a great place to socialize and meet other guests. The host and their family were also friendly and welcoming, allowing for a cultural exchange.
The shower water pressure was a bit weak.

I got such great value for my money at this hotel! The room was like a 5-star hotel but at the price of a 2-star hostel. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and I could even rent a bike or scooter to explore the area. The staff treated me so well, they were super nice and helpful, making me feel right at home.
Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety and options.

We had a wonderful stay at 5 Elements in Quy Nhon. the hostel is located on a quiet street, just a short 10-minute walk from the beach. the place had a very relaxed and clean atmosphere, with a modern and new look. On our two separate visits, we stayed in both a private room and a dorm, and both accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained. the family running the hostel were extremely friendly and helpful, and their English skills were excellent. They provided us with lots of assistance, including recommendations and arranging motorbike rentals. There were two expats serving delicious food in the evening, adding to the overall great experience. Cons: It was all superb! 💯.

During our recent stay at 5 Elements, we were impressed by the level of assistance we received from the staff. They went above and beyond to help us with late check-in, arranged a great deal for us on a motorbike rental, and even assisted with transportation when we had trouble using the Grab app. Additionally, they kindly mailed us an item we accidentally left behind. The staff's kindness and helpfulness truly made our stay memorable. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, offering great value for the price. we had a fantastic experience at 5 Elements and would highly recommend it to others.
